Opening Hours: 10am – 4pm.

In the cafe, we’ll serve a special selection of Australian classics, including Anzac biscuits, Lamingtons, and Pineapple Upside-down Cake.
Raffle Prize: Decorated Mother’s Day Fruit Cake
Surprise your mum with this traditional treat. The fruit cake is popular throughout the world, with the Australian recipe perhaps the best.
We’ll draw the winner at 4pm at the end of our Open Day. You won’t need to be present for the draw, we’ll call you to arrange collection of your prize.
1 ticket is $5, but the best value option is 3 tickets for $10.
All proceeds help us protect Lydham Hall for generations to come.
On-street parking is available or a short bus trip from Rockdale Station takes you within a 5-minute walk of the museum.
The house and manicured gardens are regularly open to the public and for group tours and venue hire. The interior of Lydham Hall is presented in the style of a late Victorian residence, with a fine collection of antique furniture and over 1,500 objects of local and historical interest contained within the rooms and in the museum upstairs. The museum also has a library and archives which contain a broad range of books, photographs and documents on local places, people, events, and institutions.
