A History of Bexley

Description

For the past 20 years I have represented the people of Bexley on the Rockdale Municipal Council and for almost as long, have taught their children at the Bexley Primary School.

This small booklet on the History of Bexley is my way of saying thank-you for that privilege.

It covers the period from the first Land Grant to James Chandler in 1822 until the amalgamation of the Bexley Council with Rockdale in 1949.
